Once you’ve found a property you’d like to rent and commence the process, you’ll be assigned your own dedicated team member, who’ll assist you with any paperwork and will keep you informed throughout your application.

We believe that good communication is fundamental to the successful relationships we have with our tenants. Our dedicated Property Management Team, is available for both landlords and tenants throughout a tenancy, and contactable 7 days a week on 01452 447074.

New tenants are given a Welcome Pack, including contact details for each member of the Property Management Team, useful telephone numbers, troubleshooting notes and guidance.

Our team are all well-informed about our lettings portfolio, and tenants can be confident that their queries or issues will be handled by someone with the knowledge and expertise to assist them.
